Scan QR code to download “Acesso Comum aos serviços públicos da RAEM” mobile application (iOS user)
To be in line with the SAR Government’s development of smart city and smart government services, starting from 3rd January, the Identification Services Bureau (DSI) expands channel for online appointment and online ticketing through the “Acesso Comum aos serviços públicos da RAEM” mobile application and website (https://booking.gov.mo) provided by the Public Administration and Civil Service Bureau (SAFP).
In addition to DSI’s website, self-service kiosk, hotline and service counter, citizens can now obtain number tags in advance through the above-mentioned mobile application and website for going through various formalities related to identification at DSI counters located at the China Plaza in Avenida de Praia Grande and at the Government Services Centre in Areia Preta.
“Acesso Comum aos serviços públicos da RAEM” mobile application can be downloaded at the Macao SAR Government website(https://www.gov.mo/en/app/download/) or by scanning the QR Code as shown below.
