Signal No.3 will be issued at 01:30 L.T. on the 01st of August. Wipha is getting away from Macau. However, affected by the outer rain bands of Wipha, there will be frequent showers in the morning in Macau, and wind may reach force 7 on Beaufort scale occasionally with gusts. Public are advised to pay attention to the safety during outdoor activities.
"Yellow" Storm Surge Warning is effecting. Under the influence of the circulation of the tropical cyclone Wipha and astronomical tide, floods may occur over the Inner Harbor areas. From 2nd to 4th August, floods may occur in the low lying areas due to astronomical tide.
