Formalities and Required Documents
Applicants can file an application to the Marine and Water Bureau by logging on to the “Government Dockyard – Online Services Application System” (no English translation) or submit an application form (format 6) (which can be obtained from the location for application) or a written request (self-written) in person or by fax to the Marine and Water Bureau.

Fees charged pursuant to the Chief Executive Dispatch No.203/2002.
Notes:
- By cash or cheque.
- When payment is made by cheque, remember to make the cheque payable to “Government Dockyard” and it must comply with Paragraph 3 of Article 5 of No.22/2008 Administrative Regulations, of 4 August, and must be a certified cheque.

- Minor Repair：Upon receipt of all necessary documents, a quotation or reply will be given within 5 working days from the day following the submission of application. (Performance Pledge)
- Medium Repair：Upon receipt of all necessary documents, a quotation or reply will be given within 10 working days from the day following the submission of application. (Performance Pledge)
- Major Repair：Upon receipt of all necessary documents, a quotation or reply will be given within 18 working days from the day following the submission of application. (Performance Pledge)
- General Repair and Maintenance of Vehicles：Upon receipt of all necessary documents, a quotation or reply will be given within 3 working days from the day following the submission of application. (Performance Pledge)
