How to process
Online application:
1. Applicants can submit the application via the “Business & Associations Platform” mobile app or by logging in to their account on the “Business & Associations Platform” through the designated webpage for online services on the IAM website.
2. Applicants are required to complete the application form, have it stamped with the official school / organisation / association chop, and fax it to (853)2837 2062 or send it to ACR-DACRA/DACREC@iam.gov.mo, 15 working days in advance.

Remarks / Important Notes on Application
Important notes:
- Applications must be made in the name of school / organisation / association. There is no age limit for participants, but participants aged under 12 must be accompanied by adults;
- The number of participants in application for guided tour service must be 15 or above. If the number of participants exceeds 30, the Municipal Affairs Bureau will make corresponding arrangements;
- Applicants must submit the application 15 working days in advance. All applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis;
- Guided tour service is mainly provided in Cantonese. Availability of guided tours in other languages depends on the human resources of the Municipal Affairs Bureau;
- When needing to change the date of the activity or cancel the relevant application, the applicant should notify IAM via e-mail or fax at least 3 working days before the activity.
