Ten Higher Education Institutions of Macao May Possibly Further Postpone Classes

In light of the development of the outbreak of the novel coronavirus, the Higher Education Bureau and all higher education institutions of Macao have reached a decision that the possibility of further postponement of classes will not be ruled out. All higher education students are advised to pay close attention to the latest information and announcements from the SAR government.

Furthermore, the Bureau appeals to the Mainland China students of Macao’s higher education institutions, who have returned to the Mainland, to stay at home and not to return to Macao for the time being. It is also recommended to take proper preventive measures, stay aware of the physical condition, and seek medical advice at once when feeling unwell. The Bureau will keep monitoring the latest situation of the virus, and stay in close communication with all institutions of Macao in order to take proper measures promptly.
