Goal This course will provide teachers with various examples and methods to deal with students’ misbehaviours as well as build up mutual connections between classroom management and student learning. Participants will learn how to prevent and response to students’ misbehaviours in order to manage their classroom more effectively.
Message Kindly note that this is an online lecture. Participants need to: 1. have an Internet-connected computer / laptop / mobile device (with webcam / camera and speaker); 2. complete the compulsory assessment task after the lecture (referring to the Dispatch of the Secretary for Social Affairs and Culture No. 88/2018 - the "Criteria for Verifying the Numbers of Hours of Professional Development Activities of Teaching Staff"). ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - Understand individual, social and academic students’ needs and respond appropriately to them; - Enhance students’ learning motivation and self-regulation skills; - Develop classroom strategies and procedures that allow a classroom to operate smoothly; - Apply appropriate consequences for rule violations.
