In the new season, the “Music in World Heritage” series will present concerts on the themes of “The Historic Centre of Macao” and “Intangible Cultural Heritage”. The Macao Chinese Orchestra has launched a new “Intangible Cultural Heritage” theme concert to further promote the national intangible cultural heritage and carry forward traditional Chinese culture. On the other hand, the Macao Chinese Orchestra will present concerts at different World Heritage sites in Macao, combining Macao’s historic sites with Chinese music, so that music lovers can experience Macao’s historical and cultural characteristics while appreciating tradiational Chinese music at the same time.
