This workshop is in two sections. The first section, "Magnetic Effect", focuses on exploring the attraction and repulsion of two points on the body. The second section, "Characters and Body", centres around using the body to feel the Chinese characters and explore more possibilities.

20/1 Wednesday Body Control and Realisation Instructor: Su Zhihao

Target Participants: Dancers, and individuals with experience in physical movement, theatre or performing

This workshop introduces participants to understand their body in motion, learn how to control and distribute the energy of the body, and try to break the limits. Through workouts and improvised exercises, participants will explore their body, train their body control, understand and realise how the body changes in different moments.

Remarks:
1.Registration ends on 18January. Interested individuals are required to submit their past experience of dance upon registration for selection purposes. Accepted applicants will be notified and have to submit the fee at any of the Macao Ticketing Network by the appointed date.
2.Participants will receive one "On Site Footprint"sticker per session, please refer to the"On Site Footprint" webpagefor details.
