How to Apply
Time limit for application: Within the period of validity of the licence, the licence holder may apply for suspension of the licence at any time.
Application Procedures and Required Documents:
The licence holder is required to write an application letter, which must contain the name of the licence holder, the licence number, the name of the business premise and state the matter about applying for licence suspension (the start date and end date of the suspension period must be indicated), with the licence holder’s signature/seal and the application date.
The suspension period shall not be more than 90 days counted consecutively or separately during the period of validity of the licence.
