Possible warning signals to be issued due to the impact on "Conson"

Severe tropical storm Conson was moving westwards steadily for the past period of time. It will keep a distance of 700km away from Macao and move in the general direction of Vietnam. Meanwhile, super typhoon Chanthu has turned to move in the northwest direction. It is forecasted to move towards Taiwan. Since the possibility of posing direct threats to Macao by Conson and Chanthu become further less, it is unlikely to issue Tropical Cyclone Signal no. 3.
However, under the influence of the outer subsiding airs of tropical cyclones, it will be partly sunny and very hot during this coming weekend in Macao, as well as haze during the daytime. High temperatures may induce a few showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon. The public are advised to pay attention to the weather change.
