The Macao Chinese Orchestra, conducted by young Chinese maestro Hong Yin, will perform with young Chinese soprano Wei Jiani and Macao singer Sean Pang Veng Sam many classic theme songs from movies and TV dramas, giving the audience a delightful auditory experience while transporting them back to memorable scenes of the big and small screens.

Hong Yin is resident conductor of the Hangzhou Philharmonic Orchestra and with his considerable experience in conducting symphonic works he spares no effort to popularize music among the youngsters. The two post-1980s singers are also very talented. Wei Jiani graduated from the prestigious Voice and Opera Department of China Conservatory of Music. Since her successful appearance in a concert featuring world-famous hits in Hong Kong in 2006, she has sung many iconic songs in many important evening galas. Sean Pang, active in the Macao music scene, has won several awards at the local pop music awards concert organized by Macao’s broadcaster TDM, including the Gold Award of Favorite Songs and Best Composition Award.
