IAM updates information network equipment and some electronic services will be intermittently interrupted


The Municipal Affairs Bureau (IAM) will update its information network equipment from 11:00 p.m. on December 3 to 2:00 a.m. on December 4. During this period, intermittent interruption of some electronic services may occur. IAM appeals to the public for their attention and understanding.

The affected websites and electronic services include:

♦IAM website and other thematic websites;

♦Mobile applications (apps);

♦Online services of IAM, including IAM Connect, activity application, online booking, remote obtaining of number tags, enquiry about document and license collection at services centres, online service for dog licenses, online service for licenses for food and beverage establishments*, online service for license for advertisements on vehicles*, online fine payment service for violation of General Regulations Governing Public Places*, registration of establishments of takeaway activities*, comments and suggestions;

* Corresponding services on “My Government Account of Macao SAR” will also be affected.

♦Kiosks of Information and Services;

♦Website of Community Service Consultative Committee;

♦Website and online services of Macao Government Services Centre and Macao Government Services Centre in Islands, including online booking and remote obtaining of number tags.
