Tropical cyclone "Nalgae" has weakened into a Tropical Storm. Although its circulation is relatively small, it is expected to be very near to Macao, and may even have a chance of passing nearby above Macao between midnight and early morning. By then, local winds will strengthen to level 8 occasionally. Thus the possibility of issuing Typhoon Signal No.8 between 20:00 and 23:00 is high.
