3. Budget table of income and expenditure of activity / project
4. Proposal of activity (if any)
5. Copy of the minutes of the latest general assembly
6. Copy of the latest certificate of association
7. Copy of regulations of the association published in the “Official Gazette”
8. Copy of the first page of the bank book of account (if any)

Remarks / Important Notes on Application
Important notes:
1. The income amount of subsidised activity / project cannot be larger than the expenditure amount;
2. If the actual expenditure of subsidised activity / project is greatly reduced compared to the original application budget, the subsidy amount will be reduced proportionally;
3. During the procedures relevant to the subsidy, individuals who are granted with subsidy by making false declarations, providing false information or adopting any illegal methods are required to assume the administrative, civil and criminal liabilities that may be applicable in accordance with the law, without prejudice to their acceptance of the consequences of breach of the obligations;
4. IAM reserves the final right of interpretation of the content of this subsidy scheme;

Relevant Standards or Requirements
1. Non-governmental associations legally established in Macao;
2. The subsidy is disbursed afterwards. The subsidy recipient is required to submit reports in designated periods after completion of the activity and the subsidy is disbursed in the form of reimbursement on actual expenses.
