The Secretary for Economy and Finance, Mr Lei Wai Nong, attends the signing ceremony of a strategic cooperation agreement between the Department of Commerce of Fujian Province and the Permanent Secretariat of Forum for Economic and Trade Co-operation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries (Macao).
