Service target and eligibility criteria
Schedule air services:
The Macao aviation regulations require that scheduled air services to and from Macao by foreign registered aircraft shall be operated under and in accordance with the provisions of an operating permit which is granted by the President of the Civil Aviation Authority.
Non-schedule air services:
Any person wishing to use Macau International Airport or Heliport or fly through Aerodrome Traffic Zone of Macao (ATZ) to operate non-scheduled air services.
Result
Issue flight application approval to eligible air operator.
