Authorization to constitute private pension funds
Service target and application eligibility
Open pension fund : Life insurance companies which provide pension fund services or pension fund management companies.
Closed pension fund : Enterprises establish and finance pension funds for employees which are managed by life insurance companies which provide pension fund services or pension fund management companies.
Result
After analyzing, in case the private pension fund complied with the respective regulation, the fund will be authorized to establish.
