Miscellaneous Licences within the Area under Maritime Jurisdiction

Introduction

Various licences are issued within the jurisdictional waters, such as: mooring or berthing licence, permit of Setting Off Firecrackers, licences of setting off rockets and fireworks, licence for religious rituals, berthing licence for non-Macao registered pleasure boat, licence for construction and launch, bottom repair or repair of vessels, provisional occupation licence etc.

Target Groups and Application Eligibility

Mooring or Berthing Licence:
1. Natural person / juristic person;
2. Shipping agents or companies;
3. Construction or engineering companies which have won a bid for a construction project and require to apply for ships to assist in related construction;
4. Public entity.

Permit of Setting Off Firecrackers, Licences of Setting Off Rockets and Fireworks:
Natural person / juristic person / public entity.

Licence for Religious Rituals:
Natural person / juristic person.

Berthing Licence for Non-Macao Registered Pleasure Boat:
Natural person / juristic person / public entity.

Licence for Construction and Launch, Bottom Repair or Repair of Vessels:
Natural person / juristic person / public entity.

Provisional Occupation Licence:
Natural person / juristic person / public entity.

Other Licences:
Natural person / juristic person / public entity.

Application Result

Mooring or Berthing Licence:
If the application is approved, the applicant will be issued a miscellaneous licence so that the activity can be carried out lawfully within jurisdictional waters.

Permit of Setting Off Firecrackers, Licences of Setting Off Rockets and Fireworks:
If the application is approved, the applicant will be issued a miscellaneous licence so that the activity can be carried out lawfully within jurisdictional waters.

Licence for Religious Rituals:
If the application is approved, the applicant will be issued a miscellaneous licence so that the activity can be carried out lawfully within jurisdictional waters.

Berthing Licence for Non-Macao Registered Pleasure Boat:
If the application is approved, the applicant will be issued a miscellaneous licence so that the activity can be carried out lawfully within jurisdictional waters.

Licence for Construction and Launch, Bottom Repair or Repair of Vessels:
If the application is approved, the applicant will be issued a miscellaneous licence so that the activity can be carried out legally within jurisdictional waters.

Provisional Occupation Licence:
If the application is approved, the applicant will be issued a miscellaneous licence so that the activity can be carried out lawfully within jurisdictional waters.

Other Licences:
If the application is approved, the applicant will be issued a miscellaneous licence so that the activity can be carried out lawfully within jurisdictional waters.
