Service scope
In accordance with the administrative provisions stipulated under the Decree Law no. 47/98/M of October 26 and Law no. 10/2003 of July 28, individuals and institutions performing raffle, lucky draw or other similar activities are subject to obtain in advance relevant administrative permit authorized by Gaming Inspection and Coordination Bureau.
Service designation and eligibility
Administrative permit for lucky draw or other similar activities: individuals and institutions performing lucky draw or other similar activities that aimed at promoting business and products.
Administrative permit for raffle and lucky draw activities: individuals and organizations applying for raffle and lucky draw activities.
Service results
Eligible applicants will be issued the administrative permits by Gaming Inspection and Coordination Bureau.
