Enquiries can be made by visiting the 1st floor of the Labour Affairs Bureau in person, or in writing, by phone, by e-mail, by fax. Contact information must be provided when the enquiries are made in writing, by e-mail or by fax.

- The person who would like to make enquiries about labour relations issues will be received within 15 minutes【Notes: 1. Office hours- Monday to Friday : 09:00-13:00, 14:30-19:30; 2. Except when the case needs further legal study or the person has to be directly received by a legal consultant】.
- The caller’s enquiries on labour relations issues recorded by the Interactive Voice Response System 28400333 will be answered by phone within 2 working days 【Notes: 1. Non-office hours; 2. 5 more working days shall be taken for any written reply】.
