Notification of reduction in the number of workers

Introduction:

If the number of local workers and non-resident workers in the same occupation is reduced due to changes in the workload, the enterprise must notify the Labour Affairs Bureau within 15 days from the date of that reduction, so that this Bureau will re-evaluate the number of non-resident workers authorized.
