How to Apply

Application Deadline

Apply when necessary, no fixed deadline.

Application Procedures and Required Documents

1. Applicants need not hand in the application in person but the following documents must be lodged:
2. Application form (Request for Certificate of Origin Document for Export of Goods under Declaration Regime) (visit DSEDT’s website and form download);
3. Duly completed document certifying the foreign origin (available for sale at the Printing Bureau);
   Original of Commercial Invoice;
4. Document of origin issued by the competent entity in the country or territory of origin of the goods;
5. Copy of the transit declaration model D or importation declaration model D or import license model E, along with the presentation of the original.
