Required Document: Not Applicable
Documents to be presented: The applicants are required to bring the animal(s) to the Macao Municipal Kennel and present the medical card of the animal(s), unless for initial consultation.
Note: The applicants do not need to present the medical card if they remember its code number.

Outpatient Consultation: Monday to Friday, 9:15 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
(Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)

Application fee:
1. Initial Consultation: Mop 150.00（medication fee not included)
2. Subsequent Consultation (each time) Mop 80.00 （medication fee not included)
3. Medication Fee: Mop 20.00 – Mop 800.00
