How to process

Required Document:
1. Legible photocopy of valid dog license (issued by IAM);
2. Original certificate of valid vaccination against rabies (International Vaccination Certificate).

Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (no lunch break, closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)
2. Islands District Public Services Centre – Seac Pai Van Station:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)
3. Macao Municipal Kennel:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)
4. Coloane Municipal Kennel:
Monday, 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (no lunch break, closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)

Application fee:
1. Neutered dogs: Mop 200.00
2. Non-neutered dogs: Mop 600.00

Processing time: 1 working day

Remarks/ points to note for application

Important note:
1. The license is valid for 3 years;
2. Applications for license renewal must be made within 60 days before the expiry date. The fee to be paid includes veterinary examination and rabies vaccination (for one dog). (The license shall be invalidated if renewal is not made during the aforementioned time periods)
3. If the applicants fail to present the original or photocopy of valid dog license and their dog have been verified without valid dog license, their application for the license renewal shall be processed in the same manner as first-time license application (the applicants shall make enquiry about the identification particulars of their dog at the Municipal Kennel).
4. Dog license renewal service through Public Services Centres will be available only to dogs with valid rabies vaccination.
5. By logging in to the Macao One Account and entering the “Dog License” page, dog owners can enquire about the license information and process license renewal, change of personal information, booking of rabies vaccination and other services online immediately.
