Procedures and documents
Within the exclusion period, the excluded person may submit the revocation request to DICJ at any time.
The excluded person should bring along with valid identification documents to submit the request in person at DICJ office.

Monday – Thursday, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm, 2:30 pm – 5:45 pm

Note of approval
The revocation will only come into effect 30 days after the revocation request is made.

Inquiry the application progress: Check the application progress in person at DICJ office
Collecting service results: Collect in person at DICJ office
Imperative documents required when collecting the results: Valid identification documents of the person to be excluded
