Procedures and documents
After the expiry day of the exclusion order or an submission of the revocation request, imperative person can extent the exclusion period by submitting a new Self-exclusion application or confirming a new Third-party exclusion application.

Monday – Thursday, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm, 2:30 pm – 5:45 pm

Note of approval
Within 5 working days, DICJ will notify the applicant to sign a notification letter about the enforced exclusion period in person at DICJ office.
