The Chief Executive, Mr Sam Hou Fai, and the Secretary of the CPC Heilongjiang Provincial Committee and Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Heilongjiang Provincial People's Congress, Mr Xu Qin, witness the signing of the memorandum of understanding on tourism cooperation between the Department of Culture and Tourism of Heilongjiang Province and the Macao Government Tourism Office of the Macao Special Administrative Region; and the memorandum of understanding on cooperation between the Department of Commerce of Heilongjiang Province and the Commerce and Investment Promotion Institute of the Macao Special Administrative Region.
