How to Apply

Application Procedures and Documents Required:

Online application:
1. An application should be made via UTM “eServices” online platform.
2. Upon the approval of the applicaion, fee payment should be made at UTM via campus KIOSK, or by cash, Mpay, Macaopass, GOVpay, credit card, company cheque or cashier order at the Cashier.
3. The applicant may collect the replacement card after the 3rd working day from the day of application fee payment.
4. The Applicant/ authorized person must present their identity documents for collection of the replacement card.

In-person application:
1. Upon the submission of the completed application form, a debit note will be issued by the handling staff for fee payment. Fee payment should be made at UTM via campus KIOSK, or by cash, Mpay, Macaopass, GOVpay, credit card, company cheque or cashier order at the Cashier.
2. The applicant may collect the replacement card after the 3rd working day from the day of application fee payment.
3. The applicant/ authorized person must present their identity documents for collection of the replacement card.

Charges

MOP100/card

To be paid by either the following methods:
a) Cash, Mpay, Macaopass, GOVpay, credit card, company cheque or cashier order (Cashier)
b) Campus KIOSK (for students of Faculdade de Gestão de Hospitalidade Inovadora/ Faculdade de Turismo Criativo e Tecnologias Inteligentes)


Processing Time

Ready for collection after the 3rd working day from the day of application fee payment. (Performance Pledge Programme)


Remarks/Notes for Application

  1. If no payment is made after 7 days upon the approval of the application, the application will be automatically cancelled by the system.
  2. Mailling service is not available for the replacement card. Early application should be made by the applicants if needed.
  3. A system generated notification email will be sent to the applicant upon completion of the application process. Items and documents uncollected within 3 months after the notification shall be destroyed.

Collection methods of service results:

  • To be collected by the applicant in person
  • To be collected by the authorised person (Name and ID card no./ Student ID card no. must be provided)

Documents need to be presented or submitted upon receipt of the service results:

  • To be collected by the applicant in person: personal ID documents
  • To be collected by the authorised person: The authorised’s student ID card or ID documents.
