Application procedures

Complaints against financial institutions can be made through letters, faxes, emails and/or in person to the Banking Supervision Department of the Monetary Authority of Macao.

Time required for approval

The complainant will be informed of the handling situation within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the complaint (Performance Pledge).
