Application procedures and required documents
Procedures for approval and registration
Life insurance companies or pension fund management companies submit to the AMCM the pension plan under management together with the related collective membership or individual membership contact. After analyzing, the AMCM will inform the result to the life insurance companies or pension fund management companies. In case the pension plan complied with the respective regulation, it would be registered in the records of the AMCM.
Procedures for amendment
Life insurance companies or pension fund management companies submit to the AMCM the information regarding the amendment to registered pension plan. After confirming its compliance with regulations, the respective records in the AMCM will then be updated and the life insurance companies or pension fund management companies will be informed of the result.
