Service Introduction
The Pharmaceutical Administration Bureau will issue the Certificate of Free Sale (also known as “Certificate of a Pharmaceutical Product”) to local pharmaceutical manufacturers who comply with the approval requirements upon request.
Service target and eligibility: Local drug manufacturers holding the “Licence for Pharmaceutical Production” issued by the Pharmaceutical Administration Bureau.
Result of application: The Pharmaceutical Administration Bureau will issue a Certificate of a Pharmaceutical Product to the applicants who comply with the approval requirements.
