The Declaration can be obtained within six working days of receipt of the completed application form. (Service commitment)
Enquiry on the Process of the Application and Obtaining the Service Results
Obtain the Service Results：The principal or school representative must go to the Education and Youth Development Bureau in person to collect the Declaration.
