Chief Executive to attend NPC opening in Beijing

The Chief Executive, Mr Edmund Ho Hau Wah, is scheduled to leave for Beijing on Sunday (4 March) to attend Monday’s opening of the Fifth Plenary Session of the Tenth National People's Congress. During Mr Ho’s absence, the Secretary for Administration and Justice, Ms Florinda Chan, will act as Chief Executive.
