Holders of the Macao Special Administrative Region Passport are granted visa-free access or visa-on-arrival to Tunisia, Bahrain and Zimbabwe

Macao SAR Passport

The Government of the Macao Special Administrative Region (Macao SAR) was informed by the Embassy of Tunisia in Beijing that holders of the Macao SAR Passport travelling to Tunisia in organized touristic group of five people or above and possessing proof of hotel accommodation and air ticket will be exempted from visa requirement for a maximum stay of 30 days when entering Tunisia.

In addition, the Government of the Macao SAR was informed by the Embassy of the Kingdom of Bahrain in Beijing that holders of the Macao SAR Passport can obtain a visa upon arrival for a maximum stay of 2 weeks when entering Bahrain, or they can apply for an electronic visa before departure. Besides, holders of the Macao SAR Passport can also apply for a multi-entry visa to visit Bahrain. Furthermore, the Government of the Macao SAR was informed by the General Consulate of the Republic of Zimbabwe in Hong Kong that holders of the Macao SAR Passport can obtain a visa upon arrival for a maximum stay of 3 months when entering Zimbabwe.

At present, a total of 125 countries or territories have agreed to grant visa-free access or visa-on-arrival to Macao SAR Passport holders.
