Applicants can apply to the Marine and Water Bureau through the “Guangdong-Macao Individual Travel Scheme for Yachts” in the Application System for Entry and Exit of Foreign Pleasure Boats (no English translation).

Notes for Application

  • After completing the departure formalities for pleasure boats registered in the Guangdong Province, the port clearance can be downloaded from the “Guangdong-Macao Individual Travel Scheme for Yachts” in the Application System for Entry and Exit of Foreign Pleasure Boats (no English translation). The vessel must leave the port within 24 hours after the port clearance is issued.
  • Anyone leaving Macao on a pleasure boat is required to have completed immigration formalities. The pleasure boat operator (master) is responsible for reminding and ensuring that everyone on board the vessel has done so, otherwise, the persons and the pleasure vessel operator (master) who leave Macao without completing relevant formalities will be held accountable.
