Macao Taoist ritual music, used in Taoist rites, is a form of religious music featuring abundant local characteristics, part of Chinese traditional music. It was officially inscribed on the National List of Intangible Cultural Heritage in 2011. The Macao Chinese Orchestra and the Macao Chinese Orchestra and the Macao Taoist Association jointly organise a concert to strengthen the preservation and promotion of Macao's intangible cultural heritage.

Programme Highlights : “Sacrifice to the Bushel Constellation Suite”, “Enlightenment of Life” , “The Graceful Hymn”, “Red Lips” and “Ode to Taiyi”.

Duration: approximately 1 hour.
