Service Introduction
In accordance with the Decree-Law no. 34/99/M dated 19th July, it is necessary to obtain a certificate of import/export from the Pharmaceutical Administration Bureau in order to apply for the import or export of narcotic and psychotropic substances listed in Tables I to IV as referred to in the said Decree-Law.
Service target and eligibility: Firms for import, export or wholesale of pharmaceutical products holding a P/N authorisation to import, export and wholesale narcotic and psychotropic substances and their preparations listed in Tables I to IV as indicated in Decree-Law no. 34/99/M dated 19th July.
Result of application: The Pharmaceutical Administration Bureau will issue a certificate of import/export of narcotic and psychotropic substances to the applicants who satisfy the approval requirements upon request.
