Remarks / Important Notes on Application
Important notes:
- Since the mentioned experience camp is an open campsite, the personal safety of members of groups that use the experience camp is the sole responsibility of the groups;
- Users should clear the garbage properly before leaving. Garbage must be discarded in the large garbage bins next to the car park of Ká Hó Reservoir Natural Park;
- Vandalism of the facilities in the camp is not allowed. Otherwise compensation has to be made;
- The keys must be collected at the Macao Giant Panda Information Centre in Seac Pai Van Park. They must be returned to the division after use;
- Pitching camp is limited to be carried out in the camp only. Making fire is not allowed. Otherwise the use of the campsite will be terminated;
- Target group of application: Non-profit organisations / groups registered in Macao
- Format: The venue is provided for use by organisations / groups and it is limited to be used by 1 organisation / group each time. To achieve the principle of “resource sharing”, use of the venue cannot exceed an accumulative total of 24 days each year and the maximum number of days for each application is 8 with the number of participants between 10 and 50. Special cases require the coordination and approval of IAM.
- Booking deadline: Application is required to be filed 6 working days in advance and the venue should be used within 6 months counting from the month of submission of the application form.
- Organisations / groups that apply for the experience camp for the first time must conduct an on-site inspection led by the IAM staff who explain the methods for operation of water pumps and electric switches to them.
