Kou Hoi In

Mr. Kou Hoi In, born in 1953, President of the Legislative Assembly of the Macao Special Administrative Region, Member of the NPC Standing Committee and Vice-President of the Macao Chamber of Commerce. He was awarded the “Decoration of Honour – Silver Lotus” and the “Medal of Merit – Industry and Commerce”.

He was a member of the IV, V, and VI Legislatures of Legislative Assembly of Macao (from 1991 to 1999), and a member of the I, II, III, IV, V and VI Legislatures of the Legislative Assembly of the Macao Special Administrative Region (from 1999 to 2021).
