MyUTM is a mobile application specially developed for students of degree programmes, alumni and members of SCE courses by Macao University of Tourism. It provides functions such as university information, course information, internal applications, alumni related information and SCE membership, etc. With this app, students can use a great variety of optimized online services anytime and anywhere, which makes campus life easy and convenient. 【The main functions】 1. Choose identity to login and to switch: Degree programmes, alumni and SCE Membership. 2. Degree programmes – Home page: Students can receive push notifications of UTM’s latest news, view university announcements and access other general functions, etc. 3. Degree programmes – Course: Students can check the status of enrolled courses, class schedules, attendance rates, grades and thesis proposals, etc. 4. Degree programmes – Application: Students can apply for transcripts, certificates of enrollment, course outlines, course adds and drops, leave of absence and make-up exams, etc. In addition, students can pay and view the application process via the app. 5. Degree programmes – My: digital student ID card, view and modify student personal information, view bills and make payments, scan QR code to take attendance, etc. 6. Alumni – Home page: Alumni are able to read events, news and push notification history. 7. Alumni – Job: Alumni are able to find latest published job opportunities. 8. Alumni – Application: Alumni can apply for testimonials, transcripts, course outline, etc. In addition, alumni can book some UTM venues, view photo albums and find other alumni by using search function in online alumni directory. 9. Alumni – My: Alumni can upload their photo, view and modify personal information, use digital alumni card. 10. SCE Membership – Home page: Members can read information of SCE courses according to categories. 11. SCE Membership – Course: Members can check their personal information, digitial student ID card, course application record, course acceptance list and attendance records.
