A rising young conductor in Hong Kong in recent years, Ip has been praised by the great conductor and Grammy Award winner John Nelson: “Conducting is like breathing for you. Bright talent you have”! She is currently the associate conductor of the Hong Kong Sinfonietta and teaches Conducting at the Department of Music of The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Ip has been a guest conductor at the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra, Musica Viva, and symphony orchestra of the Hong Kong Grand Opera, and has served as music director at the Xing-er Symphony Orchestra since November 2017.

The deadline for registration is 4 October. In case of oversubscription, selection will be made by drawing lots.
