Goal To provide teachers with an opportunity to improve their own English skills, and to give them greater confidence when teaching English to others. This will be achieved through; a) A review of the essential areas of English grammar; b) Learning key language for giving classroom instructions; c) Focusing on the most common errors made by Chinese learners of English; d) Reviewing the essential sounds, rhythm, and intonation of English. As a result of attending this course, participants will be better able to use English accurately and confidently in the classroom, participate more confidently in teacher training courses, and take part in work-related and social discussions in English.
