Goal TKT: CLIL is test of knowledge of Content and Language Integrated Learning and concepts related to a CLIL approach. It tests knowledge about teaching subjects in English to speakers of other languages and the learning, thinking and language skills which are developed across different curriculum subjects. TKT: CLIL tests knowledge of how to plan lessons, as well as knowledge of activities and resources used to support a CLIL approach. It also tests knowledge of teaching strategies and how assessment is carried out in CLIL contexts.
Message - To improve teachers’ knowledge of concepts related to CLIL and principles of CLIL; - To help teachers prepare CLIL lessons; - To improve teachers ability to assess CLIL work in the classroom; - To enable teachers to take a test which is prepared and delivered to international standards, and which will be benefit in future careers, familiarize teachers with the marking criteria for each part of test; - To increase teachers’ confidence about teaching CLIL.
