Update on the situation caused by the earthquake in Hokkaido


The Tourism Crisis Management Office (GGCT) is paying close attention to the situation caused by the earthquake in Hokkaido.

Until 16:00 of September 8th, GGCT received 9 requests for information, mainly related to the current situation in Hokkaido and transport arrangements. GGCT also received 3 requests for assistance, 2 of which involved Macao residents that are expected to arrive in Hong Kong tonight. GGCT will continue to provide relevant information to requests from affected Macao residents and will maintain in close contact with them.
