The Secretary for Administration and Justice, Ms Chan Hoi Fan, attends a plenary meeting of the Legislative Assembly which holds a discussion and a vote on a bill regarding the non-observance of laws and decree-laws promulgated between 1988 and 1999 as well as a draft bill on adjusting the minimum salary scale point at the pension system for civil service.
