The Secretary for Administration and Justice of the Macao Special Administrative Region (MSAR), Ms Chan Hoi Fan, attends a meeting of the Universal Periodic Review mechanism of the United Nations Human Rights Council today (6 November, Geneva time) in Geneva, Switzerland. The meeting examines China's third report under the mechanism, which incorporates a part concerning the MSAR.
