The Identification Services Bureau (DSI) extends online application status enquiry service to various certificates starting from 28th June 2019, following the introduction of online application status enquiry for the resident identity card, travel documents and the Certificate of Criminal Record in 2018.
The optimized online enquiry system enables applicants to track the progress of their applications. By inputting the number of the application receipt and the date of application in DSI’s online enquiry system (https://webservice.dsi.gov.mo/EnquiryService/index.jsp?lang=E), information such as application has been lodged successfully; application is in progress; submission of supplementary documents or verification of information is in progress; document has been produced and can be collected at the designated location; document has been collected and so on will be provided accordingly.
