Flags at half-mast to mourn late premier Mr Li Peng

Flags displayed at the Headquarters of the Macao Special Administrative Region are lowered to half-mast to mourn former premier of the State Council and former chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, Mr Li Peng.

With the coordination of the Central Governmen, the flags displayed at the Government Headquarters of the Macao Special Administrative Region were today lowered to half-mast to mourn the late Mr Li Peng.

Mr Li died in Beijing on 22 July at the age of 91 after illness. He served as premier of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China and as chairman of the Standing Committee of the Ninth National People's Congress.
