The University of Macau (UM) Department of Communication recently held a launch ceremony for the latest issue of the English student magazine UM Bridges. The new issue is themed ‘SONDER’, which means that everyone has a story. The magazine delves into numerous aspects of the local community, featuring five topics, namely Awakening, Green Fashion, 20 Years, Self-made Future, and Fika.
The magazine showcases the talent and professionalism of fourth-year communication students majoring in journalism, desktop publishing, and web production, under the supervision of Course Instructor Prof Wu Mei.
During the ceremony, Project Manager Erriss Ho and Editor-in-Chief Yulie Che shared with the audience the process of making the magazine. The magazine is now available for free on every public bookshelf on campus.
