IPIM Resumes Public Services Next Week


The Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute (IPIM) will resume basic services on 17 February. In coordination with the Macao SAR Government’s disease prevention works, facilities borrowing services (including six representative offices on Mainland being partially available with only telephone enquiry provided), application for joining the Enterprise Marketing Seminar Incentive Programme, mainland commercial and legal consultation services will continue to be suspended until further notice. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

In an effort to resume public services on an orderly manner while avoiding causing people to crowd and minimising the risk of infection, it is recommended to enquiry IPIM via online reservation, telephone or email before visiting IPIM in person to use our services:

Regarding the submission of public tender document for the coordination service of the “2020 & 2021 Guangdong & Macao Branded Products Fair”, the deadline will be deferred from to 19 February 2020, 17:00. Tender opening is also deferred to 20 February, 10:00, and will be held at IPIM’s Multi-functional Hall on 19/F of China Civil Plaza; As per the submission of public tender document for the coordination service of the “Macao Franchise Expo 2020 & 2021”, the deadline will be deferred to 20 February 2020, 17:00. Tender opening is also deferred to 21 February, 10:00, and will be held at IPIM’s Multi-functional Hall on 19/F of China Civil Plaza.

IPIM recommend all citizens to avoid visiting in person for completing non-urgent application procedures during this period of time.
